Conduet rebrands to Raphie

conduet is now raphie.

Companies grow. They change scope, change shape, and eventually the name they started with stops fitting what they’ve become. We think a name should reflect that growth. When Conduet started in 2019, we were focused on one thing: giving operators best-in-class player support, because we believed that great service wasn’t just a cost to manage, it was worth building around. That focus is what grew into the platform we run today, and we’ve evolved a lot since, sitting across the full relationship between operator and player rather than one part of it.

None of this touches the core of what we build. Raphie now covers the AI Agent, the CoPilot, and the expert human agents behind both, across KYC, payments, reactivation, and the rest of the lifecycle. The platform hasn’t changed. Neither has the team behind it.

Raphie marks a new era for us. We’ve grown exponentially since 2019, and things are moving faster now than they ever have – and we’re ready to become known as a full-lifecycle player operations platform.

Same team. New name. A much bigger promise.
