Lottomatica Dogan Sirketler Grubu Holding A.S.

ROME (ITALY) – PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND (US), February 16, 2009 – A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Dogan Sirketler Grubu Holding A.S., registered in Istanbul Stock Exchange (Turkey), and Lottomatica S.p.A., registered in Italy, establishing a 50-50% joint venture for jointly participating in the Turkish National Lottery, (“Milli Piyango”), tender.

Today Lottomatica and Dogan have submitted their application for the tender. Such tender will grant a 10-year license to plan, organize and arrange drawings of games of chance in Turkey. Further developments will be communicated.
